Growth Manager: Marketing



YelloSKYE Drone-as-a-Service company that powers business with Drone Technology. Our solutions enable Aerial Intelligence, Drone Photography, Reality Capture and Image Analytics for sectors like Real Estate, Industrial & Warehousing, BFSI, Mining, Manufacturing etc. We are backed by IvyCap Ventures and are looking at expanding our business for the next round of growth. Our Operations cover Pan India geography and are looking for a full-time resource Growth Manager in Marketing working out of our Pune office.

Job Description

As a Growth Manager in marketing at YelloSKYE, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to boost our brand presence and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with business team to understand business goals and develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies for growth marketing
  • Demand Generation Funnel: Create an Inbound demand Gen funnel for leads from target geography
  • Content Marketing: Create, edit, and optimise content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media account by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing performance metrics.
  • SEO and SEM: Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO optimization, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to improve search engine rankings and drive traffic.
  • Email Marketing: Plan, execute, and analyse email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and A/B testing
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of marketing campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Digital Advertising: Manage campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others, optimising ad spending to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage Third Party relationships: Work with third-party agencies to deliver on goals as and when required
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices sharing insights with the leadership team


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing working for a B2B tech company.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and interpersonal
  • Creative mindset and a passion for staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
